The purpose of this e-mail is to formally and publicly commend Mr. Raj Rimal of Professional Videography & Editing Studios for the excellent service he has provided to us during my daughter Purvi Shah’s wedding on October 3, 2009. In our entire family member’s opinion, the level of service that Mr. Raj Rimal extended during the preparation of the final video for the Catholic & Hindu wedding plus the reception was far beyond our expectations.

We have never before written a letter like this on an entirely unsolicited basis. However, in this case we were so impressed by the support and service provided by Mr. Raj Rimal that we felt compelled to go on record with our praise. Mr. Raj Rimal truly deserves it. In an era where exceptional service excellence has virtually disappeared, the work that Mr. Raj Rimal did should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate.

What particularly impressed us about the level of service provided by Mr. Raj Rimal was that there were no additional financial rewards involved. It appears that it was simply his extraordinary commitment to excellence in his service and support that motivated him to always go to the extra mile. Mr. Raj Rimal is not only videographer but he is great editor and fine producer for the video taken by him.

In closing, I believe that Mr. Raj Rimal truly deserve to be congratulated for his support well beyond the expectations of our family members. Mr. Raj Rimal helped us to make our daughter Purvi's wedding very memorable since our daughter Purvi's wedding was very important to us.
